Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Damage During Shipping:

We are not responsible for careless postal transportation that results in damage. That said it is rare but it does happen. If you wish the delivery to be insured, let us know and we will insure your parcel. This extra cost will be at the buyer's expense.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
